Can I contact you after my dog's walk?
Of course! Text us on the group chat as much as you like
What training and care methods are used?
We use modern, ethical training methods which are fun and help you bond with your puppy. We never use methods that scare and can damage your puppy or dog (shouting, hitting).
Where do you walk? We walk in a range of spots including Nomansland and Jersey Farm. It can depend on how your dog feels around with other dogs.
What is your refund policy?
We ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellation unless your pet is unwell for walks that are less than a week or more. If you’re a regular client we ask for a months notice for cancellations of a week or more.
What if my dog is ill?
We will call you and your emergency contact and take them straight to the vet,
Is it the same person walking each week?
Yes, we think it’s important for consistency that you’re working with the same person each week so they get to know you and your puppy. There may be the odd time due to holiday or illness that a different walker runs the classes but the same methods and content will be taught.
What about treats?
We give treats. Let us know if you don’t want your dog to have any,
What age are walks for?
We can provide care and walks (if appropriate) for any age.
What area’s do you cover?
St Albans and Harpenden.
Are you insured and dbs verified?
Yes, we will bring the dbs certificate along to the initial home visit. We are insured by Cliverton, a specialist animal insurance provider, our policy number is M1676624.
Can you reinforce cues for my puppy and dog?
Yes, certainly, just let us know what they are. We know how important stopping and waiting at curbs is and the life saving leave it cue!

We will only walk your dogs off lead with your permission.
