Lisa was thrilled to have been nominated for a ‘Woo-Hoo’ achievement award in the ‘Dream Achiever’ category by her client Judy, at the St Albans Business Community Woo Hoo Achievement evening.
Lisa started her business with the help of the Princes Trust charity in October so was astounded to have been nominated in 7 months later. Lisa had a wonderful evening at the Noke Hotel in St Albans along with her auntie and met lots of inspirational businesses.
The Woo – Hoo Achievement evening was set up so other people could nominate businesses they had worked with. Here’s what Judy said about Lisa:
“Lisa has worked hard to achieve her dream of working with animals and has completed many courses. She has set up her business with the help of the Princes Trust charity and is extremely passionate about what she does. She is also sweet and kind and the animals adore her.
I asked Lisa to walk my dog Bud as I was going away for a few days and he was staying with my elderly Mum. Lisa met me for a trial walk beforehand and went through Bud’s routine and asked lots of questions. She even asked when his Birthday was so she could send him a card! Lisa went way beyond the call of duty and stayed each day for a chat with my Mum, Not only that, she took out the rubbish, emptied the dishwasher because my Mum couldn’t bend down as she’d strained her back and helped to groom Bud too.
All of this and she wouldn’t take a penny extra!”
